DescriptionThe family Foundation was established in 2001 in New Jersey. It focuses its grantmaking on deserving organizations, which work to improve the quality of life for all people through education, social services, and the arts. Priority is given to those projects that encourage recipients to work toward self-sufficiency. Grants are awarded in the following categories: arts, children/youth services, community/economic development, elementary/secondary education, health care, and human services. The majority of awards go to organizations based in New York and New Jersey.
