Description

The Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Greater Philadelphia region through efforts that close the achievement gap for low-income children, ensure a sustainable environment, foster creativity that enhances civic life, and advance philanthropy in the Philadelphia region. The Foundation has had a longstanding commitment to youth, the environment, and arts and culture. Grants are awarded in four areas: close the achievement gap for low-income children, protect the region’s water supply, increasing arts education, and enhance Philadelphia’s cultural and creative assets. Applicants who are applying for the arts education or advancing arts and cultural organizations should submit a letter of inquiry. All others must complete a general inquiry form before submitting a letter of inquiry. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
