DescriptionThe Foundation’s mission is to support nonprofits and projects that alleviate human suffering and improve the human condition. The Foundation primarily supports nonprofits that benefit individuals living in Lexington/Fayette County, Ky.; Metro Atlanta, Ga.; and Maine that increase access to health care, support human services, provide access to educational opportunities, or promote self-sufficiency and the ability to provide for self, family, and community. Priority is given to organizations and projects that support the underserved, the disadvantaged, or those who do not have the resources to provide opportunities for themselves, and those that demonstrate a broad base of community support.
