Description

The Foundation has three funding focuses: civic and social services; science education and workforce development; and the arts, art education and culture. The Foundation’s grantmaking is targeted at science education and literacy programs that help prepare the workforce for research and technical jobs. Arts activities must be accessible to a wide range of community residents. Civic projects and social services should be designed to improve local neighborhoods. Organizations in Bayer operating communities of Indiana, Ohio, California, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, and Missouri are eligible to apply. Applications should be submitted to the site contributions committee at the Company site nearest the organization. Addresses and contacts are located on the Web site.
