DescriptionAs a public charity, the Foundation provides support to organizations and programs designed to translate its mission into reality. It is committed to advancing the philanthropic interest of Ohio’s lawyers to recognize excellence, improve the justice system, and enhance public understanding of the law throughout Ohio. The Foundation’s core values include a commitment to society served by a fair, impartial, and accessible system of justice. It believes that such a justice system results from the combined efforts of private citizens, educators, judges, and lawyers. Grants are awarded to programs and projects that promote the pursuit of justice and promote public understanding of the rule of law.
