DescriptionThe Foundation was founded to promote the welfare of children, primarily in New York City. Its goal is to level the playing field for underserved youth. In all of its giving, the Foundation stresses the achievement of positive, measurable, clear outcomes. It is particularly interested in programs that are prepared to critically evaluate their work. Grantmaking is focused on organizations serving youth in the fields of education, family services, job training, health, arts, and recreation. The Foundation offers program support, capacity building grants, funding for capital projects, and general operating support. The Foundation only accepts online applications.
