Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program
The Program supports projects to recruit and educate the next generation of librarians, faculty, and library leaders; to conduct research on the library profession; and to support early career research. It also assists in the professional development of librarians and library staff including archivists. This grant program is interested in developing information professionals who can help manage the burgeoning data generated by the nationís researchers, serve as stewards of the nationís cultural legacy, and meet the information needs of the underserved. Grants require a 1:1 match of all non-student support funds. Application details are available on the Web site.
