Finish Line Youth Foundation

DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the shoe retailer. The Foundation strives to make a difference in the lives of youth in the communities where company employees and customers live. It supports programs that focus on youth development and an active lifestyle. Priority is given to organizations that provide community-based access to athletics and other active lifestyle activities for youth under age 18. The Foundation also focuses its grantmaking on camps that give kids the chance to be active, with an emphasis on those that provide services to disadvantaged or special needs children. Requests are reviewed quarterly. Additional information and an eligibility quiz can be found on the Web site.
