DescriptionThe Fund, administered by Wells Fargo Bank N.A., focuses its grantmaking primarily on nonprofits in Georgia. The Fund’s mission is “to make this a better world for those who come after us.” Trustees are directed to distribute income and principle exclusively to or for the benefit of nonprofit institutions, corporations, and associations that are located in Georgia or one of the neighboring states. Nonprofits must be organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, educational, or scientific purposes. The Fund also awards grants to governmental agencies. Preference is given to organizations with religious affiliations. All requests must be received by May 1 or November 1.
