William And Flora Hewlett Foundation
Category: Education
DescriptionThe Foundation’s education program is dedicated to improving education by expanding the reach of openly available educational resources, improving California’s educational policies, and by supporting “deeper learning.” Openly available educational resources grants strive to equalize access to knowledge for teachers and students around the globe. These grants do this through high-quality educational resources that reside in the public domain or carry a license that permits sharing and reuse, distribution, and revision. Deeper learning grants are dedicated to increasing economic opportunity and civic engagement by educating students to succeed in a changing world. Letters of inquiry are accepted at any time. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
