Description

The Foundation focuses its grantmaking in the fields of arts, education, health and medical services, human and social services, programs benefiting the youth and the elderly, as well as civic and community endeavors that enhance the quality of life. Much of the funding (43 percent) awarded over the past five years has gone to support the Amon Carter Museum. Most grants are directed toward projects and programs in Tarrant County, Texas. The Foundation does not accept applications by e-mail. The Foundation meets three times a year in February, May, and November to consider grant requests.
