Description

The Foundation’s Jeremiah Lucey grant program is named in honor of actor Denis Leary’s cousin who perished in a catastrophic fire in Worcester Mass. The Program provides financial support for the training and equipment needs of uniformed firefighters in the board-designated geographic areas of New York, Massachusetts, and the areas affected by Hurricane Katrina along the Gulf Coast. The Foundation does not make grants to individuals, only to professional, uniformed fire departments. Letters of inquiry and a project budget are requested from all applicants. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
