DescriptionThe Foundation, an affiliate of the Bank, seeks to enhance the growth and success of communities where the bank serves its customers. The Foundation’s objective is to create opportunities in the areas of affordable housing, community and economic development, and education. It will also consider support for cultural and arts organizations and programs, health and welfare organizations, environmental programs, human services organizations, and programs that benefit the communities at large. All grant seekers must submit a letter of inquiry before applying. Organizations in bank communities in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington are eligible to apply. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
