DescriptionThe pharmacy Company’s community grants program funds programs that target children under 21 with disabilities, those that focus on health and rehabilitation services, public schools that promote a greater level of inclusion in student activities and extracurricular programs, and initiatives that give greater access to physical movement and play. The Company also awards grants to organizations that provide uninsured individuals with needed care, especially programs where the care received is of higher quality and delivered by providers who participate in accountable community health care programs. Applicants must be nonprofits or public schools located in states with CVS/pharmacy stores. Additional information, including an eligibility quiz, can be found on the Web site.
