DescriptionThe Trust believes that when people with disabilities want to work, they should. The Trust’s grantmaking is focused on vocational rehabilitation and providing Floridians with disabilities fair employment opportunities through fundraising, grants programs, public awareness, and education. The Trust’s Agency Grants program supports nonprofits that assist individuals with disabilities in gaining competitive employment of their choice in their communities. Grants are awarded for a diversity of projects, including on-the-job coaching, supported employment, job skills training, job development, employer outreach, ADA facility compliance, skills evaluation, and programs leading to employment.
