DescriptionThe Fund for Global Human Rights targets a wide range of efforts to ensure that all people have the opportunity to enjoy a genuinely human existence. Funding supports a broad range of approaches including public education, documentation, reporting, fact-finding, litigation, policy advocacy, research and scholarship, networking and coalition building, and capacity building. Humanitarian funding contributes support for direct services that meet the vital needs of communities worldwide. Proposals are accepted from organizations working to defend or promote human rights in the following countries: Guatemala, Mexico, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.
