DescriptionSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Steve Young created the Foundation to serve children facing significant physical, emotional, and financial challenges. Grants support organizations seeking to provide academic, athletic, and therapeutic opportunities currently unavailable to underserved children. The Foundation has determined that the best way to accomplish its mission is through the development and support of charitable organizations with a proven track record in delivering these services. The Foundation focuses its efforts primarily on organizations located in Northern California, Arizona, and Utah. Additional information is available on the Web site.
