DescriptionThe Foundation is dedicated to informing public policy about improvements in programs that provide financial assistance to students and equal access to educational opportunity. Funds are awarded for scholarship programs, a college resource center, access to higher education programs, and research designed to support the Foundation’s mission. Eligible organizations include higher educational institutions, agencies experienced in educational research, and other public or private organizations.
