JOB DESCRIPTION

Maine Animal Health Alliance is adding a Part-Time Receptionist to our non-profit veterinary clinic. Would you like to work with an amazing team and make a positive impact in our state? Maine  Animal Health Alliance (MAHA) mission statement: MAHA provides high quality high volume spay/neuter to Maine animals in need. MAHA will improve the health of Maine pets through vaccination, wellness, and HQHVSN training for veterinary professionals. MAHA strives to support the human-animal bond and keep pets with their people despite financial restrictions.

MAHA is GROWING quickly. We are looking for someone 3-4 days a week, 25-30 hours/week, to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with questions and resources, and working with our veterinary team to best serve a population of pets and people who need us the most. We are passionate about our work and about maintaining a positive, collaborative environment every day. Competitive salary, paid holidays, and employee pet benefits.
