JOB DESCRIPTION |
RSMME Inc, is looking for a highly motivated student to serve as our HR Assistant. The key role for the intern is to assist the organization in managing our internship program for the Spring 2021 semester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practice experience in managing the human resources of a non profit organization. The HR Assistant will have the following specific responsibilities :
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure interns understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate intern issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Qualifications.
- Graduate student preferred. Students in their junior and senior years are encourage to apply. Familiarity with
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
