Madison nonprofit seeks full-time person to provide counseling, information and support to people with disabilities about work and benefits. The person in this position will be working with adults, youth and families in the Southeastern counties of Wisconsin, including Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha counties.

Bachelorís or Associate Degree in human services, education, accounting, paralegal or allied health field or equivalent training and experience required. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, an aptitude for numbers, and the ability to learn highly specific information. Must work well independently and as part of a team with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible. The ability to relate, communicate and engage diverse populations is important. Research, computer and internet experience necessary. A valid Wisconsin driverís license and a reliable car is required.

Work location is flexible with frequent travel throughout the Southeastern counties for client and other meetings. Travel to ERIís main office in Madison will be required at least twice weekly for the first six months after hire.
