Best Practices for Building a Successful Crowdfunding Campaign

Forbes reported that 30% of the $5 billion crowdfunded went to social causes. Nonprofit crowdfunding is growing at an exponential rate and can help you acquire new donors from new audiences.

How can you use crowdfunding? What should you account for when planning a campaign? What kinds of crowdfunding campaigns succeed and why?

In this webinar, you’ll learn the secrets to planning a successful nonprofit crowdfunding campaign using real life nonprofit examples.

Learning Objectives:

  • Setting a campaign goal
  • Determining rewards and donation tiers
  • Building a tribe of champions
  • Crafting a compelling story
  • Leveraging press to get publicity

Class Format

This course is the recording of a live webinar and contains the slides and full audio from the original presentation (including Q & A sessions). Only a reasonably current version of FlashPlayer is needed to run this recording (most computers already have this installed).
