Surviving & Thriving As a Small Fundraising Shop: Driving Action & Creating Manageable Solutions

Those of us that have the experience of managing a small fundraising shop understand the shifting priorities, multiple hats, and relentless pace of managing multiple projects. The world right now for all of us, right! But let's also examine what we do well - we are highly competent strategic thinkers, well rounded professionals, and deep relationship experts. Let's take our strengths and create a manageable working strategy to secure revenue, showcase the uniqueness of our organization's mission, and maintain our self worth and sanity!

Learning Objectives:

  • Assess your systems and fund development plan (or develop one) to improve outcomes
  • Learn ways to engage other key staff and volunteers in mission driven activities
  • Build manageable multi-channel fundraising initiatives
  • Learn how other small shops are experiencing success
