Nonprofits have to realize that this roller coaster economy is the new normal, and that for many social change nonprofits, this is a "movement moment." Based on her new book of the same name, Kim Klein will discuss the advantages and opportunities inherent in economic turmoil, and how your fundraising program can thrive in this environment.
How do you find the opportunities in all this downturn? How do you maximize your donor income and donor loyalty between now and the end of the year? How do you plan for 2010? This course will be most helpful to organizations with budgets under $2,000,000 who are working for social change.
Learning Objectives:
In this fast paced webinar, you will learn:
-
Why focusing on individuals who have jobs will be more lucrative than all other strategies, and how to do that
-
What a systematic and disciplined fundraising program looks like, and how to make the necessary corrections in your current fundraising efforts
-
How to build a team of volunteers who will help you and how to help them get over their fear of asking for money.
Class
Format:
This course is the recording of a live webinar and contains the slides and full audio from the original presentation (including Q & A sessions). Only a reasonably current version of FlashPlayer is needed to run this recording (most computers already have this installed).
