Description
The focus of this program deals with how nonprofit organizations
build and maintain successful volunteer programs that enrich their
organizations.
Ellis uses her years of experience to help organizations go from
being thoughtless about volunteers to being more thoughtful. She
concentrates her attention on the “front line volunteer,” i.e., the
direct service, hands-on volunteer worker.
Viewers should prepare to leave their stereotype assumptions behind,
as Ellis's approach covers new ground and takes them to a new
understanding of how to attract and keep the very best volunteers
