Login: Troubleshooting
Q:
Why Can't I Log Into The Members Only Section?
A:
In order to log
into the Members Only section, you must have 'session cookies' enabled in your
browser. If you are having problems logging in, it is very likely
that your system is not currently set to accept these session cookies. Cookies are small
text files that are saved on your system when you contact a web
site. These cookies should not affect your system, and are often
used to store useful information about who you are and what you did on
your last visit. You have probably noticed sites that remember your
name, where you're from, or some bit of customized information.
These sites are likely making use of some sort of 'cookie'. The
Members Only section uses session cookies to remember that you are logged on as
you go from one page to the next, and will soon be used for other advanced
functionality.
Q:
How Do I Enable Cookies?
A: This depends on the browser
and/or security suite that you're using. We have provided
instructions for the most commonly used browsers and security suites. To find out
which browser you are using, select "Help / About ...".
If you are not using one of the browsers and/or security suites listed below, you will need to
consult their help section or contact their technical support.
